超高压软管受频繁、剧烈的压力冲击会导致出现爆裂。避免在作业时,油管内会反复出现油压的突然升高或降低的情况,从而构成对超高压软管频繁的压力冲击,导致各部的油封损坏加剧、超高压软管出现起泡和破裂以及管接头的松动渗漏现象。因此在操作时,阀杆的扳动不可过猛,一定要平缓。工程机械作业时,液压系统因功率损耗而使油液发热,加上外界气温的影响可使油温急剧升高。油液使用温度越高,超高压软管越易老化,弹性变差,强度与密封性能下降,超高压软管就会很快爆裂。因此,在作业中,当液压系统出现温升过高、过快时,应及时查明原因,予以排除;清洗机夏天作业,特别是连续作业时,应采取必要的降温措施。
